Bloods Project Manager

Having joined ANZCO in late 2014, Craig brings a wide range of experience from working in the biotechnology, food manufacturing and packaging industries as well as food safety research. This varied background, combined with an Honours Degree in Commerce, gives Craig a unique perspective on the requirements to deliver products derived from blood within ANZCO’s portfolio and those to be introduced in the future.

As Blood Projects Manager, Craig looks after the collection and processing of the various blood products and is the link to ANZCOs processing facilities. A key function of the role is to facilitate the introduction of new products.

Working with production teams and compliance staff to navigate  the minefield of client and regulatory requirements to get these products to market.

Outside of work Craig is kept busy with two teenage children, restoring an old Jaguar and being a committee member of the NZSPBS (New Zealand Shetland Pony Breeders Society) and a professional member and on the committee of the local branch of the NZIFST (New Zealand Institute of Food Science and Technology).
