Our ownership
A New Zealand-based company, ANZCO Foods is proudly 100% owned by Japan's Itoham Yonekyu Holdings. Since our establishment in 1984, Itoham has been a steadfast partner, evolving from a shareholder in 1995 to assuming complete ownership in 2017.
While our roots are firmly Kiwi, with our corporate office situated in Christchurch, New Zealand, the synergy of international ownership and local management positions ANZCO Foods as an ideal global player.
