In 2020 I was diagnosed with cancer and with a shortage of people at work, ANZCO was really supportive in allowing my husband to have the time off needed and allowing me as well to have the time off that I need.

I've got two boys, both in college. My hubby works at ANZCO.  The kids are not getting any younger, so we have to make that time with them. Creating memories is one of the things that we want to do, and part of that is going away. With having time off together, it allows us to have time off for the family as well, and downtime away from work and everything else in life. And that's a good thing with working at ANZCO, is having that time off together.

With the money from ANZCO, it allows us not only to do that, but also to support our families back home as well, because we've got parents and siblings back home. We don't have one family; we have two families.

ANZCO is a multicultural workplace. But ANZCO is putting a lot of effort into bringing in the culture and to incorporate the culture within the workplaces. And I think that's a good thing. The people that come in are going to be looked after and not afraid to share their culture as well within the workplace.
