ANZCO Foods Records Book

Did you know your Animal Health Plan template is located in the ANZCO Foods Records Book? This is a great template that ensures you’re complying with all the record-keeping requirements as set out in the New Zealand Farm Assurance Programme (NZFAP).

This ensures you’re documenting animal husbandry events, preventative and/or remedy animal health treatments, and any other records you see fit. It’s important to note that you must complete an annual animal health plan to comply with NZFAP and keep your records up-to-date. All records must be kept for a minimum of five years, so it’s important to store these to ensure you’re prepared for your recertification every three years.

The ANZCO Records Book is a great resource to keep your records up-to-date and to the standards required for NZFAP. It’s reviewed regularly to reflect changes made to NZFAP requirements.
