Ocean Beef at Shanghai’s FHC Culinary Championship

ANZCO’s Ocean Beef was a sponsor at the major Food and Hospitality China (FHC) Culinary Championship in Shanghai last week, with more than 600 chefs from across China competing across a range of different tasks. This was our second year involved in the competition through our foodservice partner Leader Beef. It’s proving to be a great way of engaging with chefs and educating them about the quality of our product as we look to position Ocean Beef as the premium grain-fed offering in the Chinese foodservice market.

Ocean Beef also won the lead meat ingredient award for the competition. The photo above is Leader Beef’s General Manager, Cedric Dai, with our trophy.
