Ross Breach

Supervisor

I enjoy being part of a great team and seeing what we can achieve in challenging situations. I want to see the meat industry succeed and I enjoy being part of that.

I started working for ANZCO as a knife hand in 2001 and was a sawman for six years. In 2007 I got the opportunity to become a supervisor. I’ve been on several frontline management courses and these have been invaluable in developing me as a supervisor and a person.

As a supervisor I work closely with a wide range of people including our employees, team leaders, production planner and management. Communication is key to my role.

Lamb operations manager, Chris Hindson helped me become a supervisor and has been a mentor to me. I enjoy the role and people who work here.
