A new way to log safety conversations

Safety conversations are genuine two-way conversations to encourage good behaviours, correct unsafe behaviours and to verify safety critical controls are working. You can use the app to capture instances of people doing things well, where things could be done more safely, and near misses. Here are some examples:

• Someone using the incorrect technique for picking up a heavy item
• Someone using their knife and PPE correctly
• Recording or removing a trip hazard
• Someone not wearing a seat belt on a forklift
• Someone driving in the carpark while talking on their phone

We record this information and use it to make improvements to our workplaces. Reporting a safety conversation today could prevent an incident from occurring.
