Chinese chefs visit New Zealand

This week we hosted three influential chefs from high-end restaurants in Shanghai, who have been a key part of our successful launch of our foodservice strategy in China. The trip has allowed these chefs to build a better knowledge of New Zealand's farming practices as well as a look into the supply chain at ANZCO. They will in turn share their knowledge and trip highlights with their audiences and chef connections as they return home. 

They visited Sir Graeme Harrison’s farm in Alford Forest, the Five Star Beef feedlot, ANZCO Foods Canterbury, and Spiers farm in Tarras. They returned to China yesterday.
