Craig becomes NZIFST Fellow

Congratulations to Craig Houston of the Healthcare Team, who became a fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Food Science and Technology (NZIFST) at the recent NZIFST conference.

Craig has been on three NZIFST conference committees and has been an active member of the Canterbury Branch Committee for ten years and has been chairman for four years. He’s also served on the NZIFST board for four years.
