Jordan places third!

Congratulations to The Local Butcher apprentice, Jordan Moanaroa, for placing third in the ANZCO Foods Butcher Apprentice Upper South Island regional competition. He won’t be heading to the Grand Final in Auckland later this year, but placing third is a fantastic achievement, and we’re fortunate to have him as part of The Local Butcher team in Marlborough.

The ANZCO Foods Butcher Apprentice regional competitions are currently taking place around New Zealand. So far, Riley Hall of Dunedin and Tyrone Patterson of Christchurch will be heading to the Grand Final in August this year, with three more finalists to be announced after North Island competitions in the coming weeks.
