King of the mountain

ANZCO Foods Eltham’s Dalmayne Tutauha (Blue Shift Supervisor) and Dayna Tutauha-Ewins (QA) competed in the Taranaki “King of the Mountain” BBQ competition held in New Plymouth last weekend. This competition was a national event under the NZ BBQ Alliance which promotes BBQ and “low and slow” cooking across the country. Dalmayne and Dayna’s team, “4 Stroke Smoke”, were first-timers at the competition, and ANZCO donated brisket for them to use. They had a great experience and took away a wealth of knowledge – and motivation to enter the next competition in Napier!
