Meet Brian Ingham

Operational Technology Manager at Corporate Office

Brian Ingham has been at ANZCO Foods for four years as Operational Technology Manager. His role involves leading the Operational Technology (OT) team, which comprises two regional automation engineers, an electrical engineer, a process control engineer, and an OT Infrastructure & Applications Analyst. Since coming to work here, he's been surprised at how many people in New Zealand don't know about ANZCO - he gets blank stares when he says where he works, so he has to explain that it's like Silver Fern Farms and Alliance, but better.

Before coming to ANZCO, Brian worked as an Automation Superintendent at NZ Aluminium Smelters, and as a Systems Manager at Fisher & Paykel Appliances. Outside of work, he enjoys going on runs with the dogs, technology, and going to Fiordland. After a busy day, he unwinds by watching Youtube and Facebook videos over a single malt whisky or gin and tonic. He's married with three adult children and two dogs - he did have cats for more than 20 years, but says he's now seen the light.
