Meet Cargill Henderson

Environmental Manager at Canterbury

Cargill has worked at ANZCO Foods Canterbury for eight years as the site's environmental manager. He oversees wastewater, performs environmental monitoring, and other activities to make sure the site complies with environmental regulations. Since working at ANZCO he's been surprised at the speed, scale, and teamwork that makes the place run smoothly. Prior to working at ANZCO he worked for regional council and as a consultant, and also worked in irrigation.

Outside of work he enjoys climbing, going to the gym, and he's a self-professed money nerd so spends time learning about finance - but his favourite way to unwind after a busy day is to get out on his motorbike!
