Meet Geoff Proctor 

Site Manager at ANZCO Foods Canterbury

Geoff Proctor joined ANZCO Foods Canterbury as the Site Manager in March 2023, so he's been with us for 15 months now, leading the team at ANZCO Foods' largest processing site. He's been pleasantly surprised at the range of industry experience individuals have across the business.

Before coming to ANZCO Foods, Geoff worked for Alliance Group for 37 years, where he started as a process worker before progressing to Site Manager, and Manufacturing Lead in the Corporate office. He was also Site Manager at Akaroa Salmon.

Outside of work, Geoff enjoys hiking, heading to the gym, and horse racing, and you'll find him reading a book in the sun after a busy day at work. He's married to Kate and has four children and one grandson.
