Meet Heike Schoultz

Senior Bovine Livestock Payments and Process Administrator at ANZCO Foods Eltham

Heike Schoultz been at ANZCO Foods Eltham in her current role for three and a half years, working alongside livestock reps, farmers, and people on-site, making sure farmers get paid correctly, and sending out payments for Eltham and Manawatu. She mainly works on the bovine side, but also works alongside Alex Rump to process ovine payments as well. She enjoys working for ANZCO and says it's a really cool company with cool people, and the culture is great.

Heike isn't a newcomer to ANZCO Foods, as she worked in logistics at ANZCO Foods Waitara for seven years. When the logistics role moved to  the Corporate Office, she worked for a transport company in Normanby, and then in aged care, but re-joined ANZCO Foods when her current role became available.

Outside of work, she's a mum to two daughters; a 22-year-old who lives in Wellington, and a 15-year-old who "knows everything". She also enjoys riding her motorbike and gardening - but her real love is cooking. She would happily stay in the kitchen for hours and cook a three-course meal, often coming up with an idea of what she wants to cook, and then experiments with different flavours to make it happen. After a busy day she winds down by exercising at the gym or going for a walk.

Heike and her family moved from South Africa 18 years ago. Heike, her husband, and her younger daughter live on a lifestyle block just outside of Stratford, Eltham, with their two sausage dogs.
