Meet Janine Cadogan

'A little bit of everything' at ANZCO Foods Green Island

Janine is an all-rounder at Green Island. Initially starting out in the packing room, she became a leading hand before moving into labelling packages as demand increased for Angel Bay's retail products. But after working at the site for 16 years, she's learned the ins-and-outs of patty manufacturing, so you'll often see her helping out with retail, inventory, the pack room, and more. She's been surprised at the low turnover, and how long people stay working at Green Island.

Before working at ANZCO, she worked for a dishwasher parts manufacturer, and before that, she was busy raising her children - a boy and girl. Her daughter, now grown up, previously worked at ANZCO Foods Green Island for a few years. 

Outside of work, Janine enjoys horse racing, a sport that her parents were involved in that she's carried on (and enjoys placing a few bets on every now and again!). You'll find her winding down after a busy day by having a drink, and hanging out with her partner and their cat.
