Kelly Tan

Compliance Team Leader at ANZCO Foods Eltham

Kelly has recently returned from maternity leave to her role as Compliance Team Leader at ANZCO Foods Eltham.

She’s worked with ANZCO Foods for five years, starting at ANZCO Foods Waitara in Quality Control (QC) where she worked for three years. After moving away for a couple of years, she joined the team at ANZCO Foods Eltham in Quality Assurance (QA) and has since moved into her current role. Before joining ANZCO, she worked for Talley’s in Ashburton in QC.

Kelly’s role includes making sure that everything we do is in line with legislation and customer requirements. Her current role is more focused on documentation, but in her previous Quality Control (QC) role you could often find her out on the floor checking product.

One of the most surprising things Kelly has found about working at ANZCO Foods is that ANZCO sees her contributions and gives her opportunities for to better herself, and she’s felt supported to progress into her current role.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking. She often spends time hanging out with her with her husband, her one-year-old boy, and their German Shepherd dog, Buster. She winds down by watching Netflix, but as she comes from an accounting background, she also likes to spend time keeping up with her accounting studies.
