Meet Ngarangi Grace-Mohi

Quality Control Inspector at ANZCO Foods Waitara

Ngarangi, also known as Ngaz, is a Quality Control Inspector at ANZCO Prepared Foods at our Waitara site. She helps manage the quality of the patties that the site makes for McDonald's, and makes sure that the product is high quality and compliant with requirements. She's worked at ANZCO Foods for four years, and has held a number of roles across the patty and jerky plants. Since working at ANZCO, she's been pleasantly surprised at how whānau-oriented her colleagues are.

Outside of work, she enjoys socialising with her friends and whānau, or having a quiet evening eating boil up and frybread with her Nan. Sometimes she enjoys a walk up Pouakai Tarns near Mt Taranaki for some fresh air. After a busy day she enjoys working out at the gym to unwind. This year, Ngaz also had the pleasure of taking part in Te Matatini O Te Kahui Maunga with her Kapa Haka roopu, Nga Purapura O Te Taihauauru.
