Meet Norissa Bibby

Account Manager at ANZCO Foods Auckland

Norissa is based in Auckland, and manages supplying Angel Bay to restaurants and bars in the Auckland and Northland region. Most of her time is spent on the road building relationships with chefs and front of house staff in cafes, takeaway shops, bars, bistros, and restaurants. She also showcases Angel Bay products at tradeshows, food shows, and fine foods shows, as well as presenting them to distributors.

After leaving school, Norissa worked at Inland Revenue as an administration assistant. She then moved to work as a children's library assistant, arranging visits from school groups, organising fun activities around the library, and running story time. She says her most challenging role was when she was a customer services manager for Mobilefone Repair when cellphones first came into New Zealand - the most common fault was from liquid damage, usually after weekends!

After a busy day, Norissa will jump online to catch up with her grandkids - who will soon be back in New Zealand so she's looking forward to seeing them in person!  She is known amongst family and friends as the instigator of gatherings and celebrations. She also enjoys going out for motorbike rides with her husband - she rides pillion and her husband drives. Norissa and her husband have a blended family with four children - Toiza, Denzel, Mel, and Lano. They don't have pets of their own but enjoy visiting a family member's alpacas and feeling them their favourite treat - apples!
