Well done Emma!

Congratulations to Emma Waite of Five Star Beef for her impressive fourth-place finishes in both her duathlon events at the World Multi-Sport Championships in Townsville, Australia recently.

Emma competed in the sprint duathlon, featuring a 5km run, 20km bike, and a final 2.5km run, as well as the standard duathlon which consisted of a 10km run, 40km bike, and then a 5km run. Her outstanding performances in these challenging events is testament to her commitment and dedication!
