Distpatch status
When a PrimeX order is loaded out or dispatched by ANZCO Foods, the status will automatically change to Dispatched.
This feature will provide sellers and customers with better visibility of each order's progress and reduce the need for manual updates.
Customers recieve the following notifactions when an order is distpatched.

Mobile app push notification - make sure you have the PrimeXConnect mobile app installed on your phone and notifications enabled.

Email notifications - please check your junk folders and add donotreply@primexconnect.com to your contacts to ensure you receive email notifications.

In-app notifications - when you log in via the PrimeX desktop website, remember to check your order notifications to see your recent order activity as shown below:
How to share order links in chat
You can now send a link to an order via chat to make it easier to manage conversations for multiple orders.
The video below shows the three ways you can share order links:

Type the order ID as part of the chat message (eg type: ANZ-0000)

From the order list, use the new copy icon to copy the order ID and paste into chat

From the top of the order detail view, use the new copy icon to copy the order ID and paste into chat.
