The 2025 Red Meat Sector Conference is at Te Pae Christchurch Convention & Exhibition Centre on 21–22 July. It’s a key event for anyone involved in New Zealand’s red meat sector, bringing together farmers, processors, exporters, and others from across the supply chain. Hosted by the Meat Industry Association and supported by Beef + Lamb New Zealand, the conference is all about connecting, sharing ideas, and looking ahead to the future of our industry.

This year’s line-up includes expert speakers covering big topics like trade, sustainability, and how we can keep adding value to what we produce.
