HeadFit Awards

Mental wellbeing continues to be a significant focus for ANZCO Foods. We were proud to support the HeadFit Awards to celebrate individuals, teams, and workplaces that are leading the way in the mental health space.

As a primary industry business, ANZCO Foods recognises that mental health and wellbeing are critical issues in the wider agricultural sector and has been focusing much of its support on a number of organisations working in this area to make a difference on- and off-farm.

We’re pleased to support these awards to further raise awareness and the profile of the good work being done around New Zealand.

Congratulations to Air New Zealand’s Duncan Evans who was the winner of the ANZCO Foods Employee of the Year Award which recognises an individual who has gone above and beyond to help improve mental health within the workplace.

We were also pleased to see that Surfing for Farmers – which we also support in six regions around the country – won the Provider of the Year at the awards, being recognised for the great work they do getting farmers off-farm and learning new skills with the opportunity to unwind with peers at the barbecue after the weekly sessions.
