Important information for NZ Farm Assurance Programme (NZFAP) farmers

As part of a recent update to the New Zealand Farm Assurance Programme (NZFAP) Standard, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for any chemicals stored on farms must be readily accessible in either hard copy or electronic form. This ensures that crucial information is easily available in case of emergencies, such as accidents on the farm.
When purchasing a chemical product, the supplier should provide a copy of the MSDS. If you’re unable to locate a copy, consider checking online resources or contacting the retailer.
